Cybernetics is significantly treating the way of behaving more specifically. On the other hand, family therapy is basically considered as the term, which deals with the counselling works associated with the entire primary family instead of focusing on individual member (Weeks L'Abate, 2013). In many of the cases, it has been seen that the family therapists refuse to start a session if any of the family members is absent. The specification of the theory enlightens the idea that if one of the parts of the family is affected, it will affect the entire system simultaneously. In keeping the concentration on such matter, the cybernetics and the general system theory implementation is required. The cybernetics theory is helpful enough in marking the different systems of the family. The cybernetics theory is considered as the study of systems if the factors are associated with mechanical, biological, physical, psychological, or social. However, the major criterion of the cybernetics is exploring the concept of extracting the feedback system. This particular feedback system is taken into account as the output, which directly affect the same action in the future (Barker Chang, 2013). The action sometimes can be in a positive way or negative way. Therefore, it can be stated that the cybernetics theory is essentially needed to be implemented in defining the family theory.
